Start with one symbol

Tap the large symbol area in the archive, then paste into the playground above using your device’s normal text menu. Copy and save are separate actions: the heart keeps an item in your browser, while the large button writes it to the clipboard. Testing in the playground before moving to your real bio helps you tell whether the problem is copying, pasting or the destination app. The playground does not submit your text to our server.

02

When an in-app browser blocks copying

Some browsers embedded inside social apps restrict clipboard access. If automatic copying fails, our site shows selectable source text instead. Select it and use your device’s Copy action. If a selection menu is unavailable too, try opening the same address in your normal browser. We cannot remove another app’s restrictions. A successful-looking notification is not a substitute for checking that the text actually pastes, so our fallback does not claim success when both automatic methods fail.

03

A single detail versus the entire post

Single-symbol view copies a short face or decoration. Copy full post includes the title, full-width spaces and original line breaks. A single internal space can be part of a face; removing it may change the expression. Try the untouched original first. A wide post may wrap inside a narrow bio. Rather than forcing its full grid into that field, choose individual details and build a shorter line suited to your own text.

04

Why character counts disagree

One visible emoji or character group can contain multiple Unicode code points. The playground’s visible groups and code points are two different measurements, not a promise about any social app’s character limit. Its line count counts explicit line breaks, not lines that wrap because the screen is narrow. Check your final text in the destination app before publishing. Keep essential names, contact details and instructions in ordinary text so the decoration is not carrying the whole meaning.

05

Where saved items live

Hearts save to this browser, not a signed-in cloud account. A reload should keep them, but clearing browser data or changing devices can remove access to the same collection. Export saved symbols as a plain text file from your saved page for a manual backup. Recent copies are a separate list of up to eight items and can be cleared from the archive. Private browsing and storage restrictions may prevent persistence; pay attention to the storage warning rather than assuming your collection is backed up.
